The ANR National Awards have been established to honor the remarkable legacy of Akkineni Nageswara Rao (ANR). This year’s awards hold particular significance as they coincide with the centenary of ANR’s birth. The ANR National Award for this year will be bestowed upon Megastar Chiranjeevi, who will join the distinguished group of Padma Vibhushan recipients. The award will be presented by the legendary Amitabh Bachchan, highlighting not only Chiranjeevi’s significant contributions to the film industry but also the ongoing legacy of artistic excellence that ANR represented.

The ANR Award celebrations are set to take place in a glamorous fashion on October 28th at Annapurna Studio Annexe 7 Acres, where film icons will gather to honor the enduring spirit of cinema that ANR epitomized.
